Early Progress Report - Issue 4 (Chapter 2, Part 1 of 3)

I decided to do this progress report a few days early.

So here's the data we're working with.

Cover pages: 3 complete of 3, none incomplete.
Internal pages: 24 complete of 24, none incomplete.
Back page: printer's advertising space.

So, yeah, Issue 4 is complete and all pages have been submitted for a preliminary printing.
